Nice views of Mount Rushmore from some rooms. Rooms are super small and parking can be tricky.

Rooms were a bit small, making it feel cramped for a family. The view of Mount Rushmore from our room was fantastic! Breakfast options were decent but the area was often crowded.

During my stay, I was thrilled to discover that everything we wanted to see was just a stone's throw away, with iconic landmarks like Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial located only a short drive away, while delightful eateries like Wild West Soda and Janes Boardwalk Pizza were practically at our doorstep, making it easy to grab a bite after our daily adventures; plus, my spacious room featured a fantastic deck with breathtaking views of the charming town of Keystone, offering a delightful morning coffee spot and a peaceful evening ambiance; while the hotel had its quirks, like a bit of a backup for towels, it did not overshadow the amazing experiences I had wandering around such a captivating area.

Great fit for a fleeting pause in Keystone with good price-value balance. Clean and comfortable room.

The views from the hilltop were stunning, especially at sunrise. The staff was always there to help and made us feel welcome.
It wasn't the most affordable option, but it still offered good value.

The room was spacious, allowing everyone space to move around comfortably. The deck offered a lovely view of the quaint town. the pillows could be improved; they were not the most comfortable for a restful night. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. Noise levels were a bit high, particularly in the mornings with housekeeping at 9 AM. Unfortunately, housekeeping missed a few days, as we didn’t receive fresh towels or trash pick-up. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar; the floors could use a thorough cleaning. The experience had its highlights, but there were significant areas for improvement.

A mix of positives and concerns. Our room was smaller than anticipated but comfortable for two. The location was excellent, close to attractions. Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly during breakfast. we encountered issues: dirty sheets in one bed, unsettling phone calls from the front desk, and a TV that wouldn’t connect. Waited too long for pancakes due to a broken machine. The checking-in experience was poor, with a rude attendant. Communication about room service could improve. Despite clean rooms and helpful breakfast staff, the experience raised red flags about safety and service. It had potential, but significant improvements are needed.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to charming shops and only minutes from Mount Rushmore! I loved kicking back by the sparkling indoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring. The staff was super friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable!

Our room was a disaster—dirty sheets, wet towels left in the shower, and a general lack of cleanliness everywhere. The bathroom floor was grimy, and we found a pill on the floor. Definitely not worth the money!

The staff makes you feel like royalty and the views are postcard perfect. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids and gave us some peace.
The pillows might send you on a quest for comfort.

The best feature of Baymont By Wyndham Keystone Near Mt. Rushmore is its proximity to the iconic landmark. Unfortunately, the rooms were cramped, and we encountered issues like broken fixtures and a lack of basic amenities. The breakfast selection was limited, and the staff could have been more accommodating.

The close proximity to Mount Rushmore was a highlight, and the view from the back parking lot was a nice bonus. Accommodations felt cramped for our family of four, but the comfortable beds made it manageable. Service issues piled up; we dealt with moldy smells, an unclean room, and maintenance delays. Despite these setbacks, the area has a family-friendly vibe, which is a plus if you’re prepared for some bumps along the way.

I felt like a posh lady taking a ride on the 1880 Train, connecting to free WiFi, and marveling at Mount Rushmore. I must say I couldn't relax due to the noise from the hotel utilities echoing in my room.
Oh, what a joy to feel like I was at a concert all night long! .

The view of Mount Rushmore was breathtaking and the staff was friendly. The location near the boardwalk was convenient for exploring. Our room had a balcony, comfortable beds, and useful amenities like a fridge and microwave.
The room was cramped, especially with a pet crate. The cleanliness was subpar, with issues like a chair tipping over and a missing screen on a second-floor window.

i had a great experience at the Baymont in Keystone. everyone at the Ramada was very accommodating and well prepared. the location was nice, with a boardwalk nearby. the check in and out processes were quick and painless. the mountain view of mount rushmore was impressive, and the close parking was convenient. the building was clean and the staff were experienced.
There was nothing i didnt like 😞

We were delighted by the tasty and filling breakfast provided by Baymont. It made a great start to our day. Although the ADA room was a bit tight, the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the Black Hills' attractions. Despite some hiccups, I'll recommend this hotel.

During my xmas stay, the views from the top of the hill were amazing, allowing us to oversee the town below. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in experience smooth. we appreciated the convenience of the fire pit table being lit for us, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Our room facing the parking lot made us feel uncomfortable with people looking in, forcing us to keep the window closed, resulting in a dark room. The tiny bathroom with a slow draining tub and lack of privacy was disappointing.

Our stay at a hotel close to Keystone was simply delightful. The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to town and only 2 km from Mount Rushmore. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a nice view of the mountains from the elevated location. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool and relaxing hot tub. The hotel's laundry service was an added convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable.
That the room we booked and paid for as a King size bed was mistakenly reported as a Queen size bed accommodation. This led to a cramped space, with minimal room around the bed.

First off, the view of Mount Rushmore from the hotel was absolutely stunning! It was such a treat to wake up to such a picturesque sight. The proximity to the mountain was a definite plus, making it a quick and easy drive to visit. there were a few downsides. The breakfast spread was a bit lackluster, more like what you'd find at a budget motel than a proper inn. It could definitely use some improvement in terms of variety and quality. Parking was a bit of a hassle due to congestion, and the open doors made me feel a bit uneasy about security. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the stained carpet and dirty pet floor, was disappointing. Even the vending machines seemed to be in poor condition, either not working or taking your money unfairly. the mix-up with the reservation causing us to end up at the Ramada instead of the Baymont was a frustrating experience, especially after a long day of traveling. It would be great if they could streamline their reservation system to avoid such confusion in the future. On a more positive note, the indoor swimming pool was enjoyable, although the strong smell of chlorine was a bit overpowering at times. Maybe they could work on better ventilation to improve the overall experience. while the location and some amenities were nice, there are definitely areas that could use some attention to ensure a more comfortable and seamless stay.
